The more points of accumulation we encounter, the more likely it is that higher prices will follow. Accumulation points can be identified by higher lows in prices or higher lows in trading volume. These serve as a sign that buyers are absorbing the current supply and increasing the likelihood of higher prices. You don’t have to take my word for it – the charts tell the story. If you see a series of accumulation points or higher lows, use that as a sign that the momentum may be shifting from bearishness to bullishness.
