I Tried Shopify Dropshipping for 48 Hours

Here’s What Happened

For the past few weeks, I had been curious about shopify dropshipping and how it works. I had heard stories of people making thousands of dollars with it and thought why not give it a shot? After doing some research and gathering the resources I needed, I was ready to give it a try.

The first step in my shopify dropshipping journey was to open a shopify store. I followed the necessary steps to create the store, choose a design theme and add a payment gateway. It took me a couple of hours to get everything up and running.

Once my store was ready, I had to figure out what kind of products I wanted to dropship. After some brainstorming, I decided to focus on health and fitness related products. To find my products, I used AliExpress and Oberlo, two of the most popular platforms for dropshipping.

Once I had picked out some good products, I had to figure out pricing and mark-up. This part was tricky, but I eventually came up with a strategy that allowed me to make a profit on each sale.

The last step was promoting the products. Using social media and influencer marketing, I was able to generate some initial interest in my store. I also launched a Google Adwords campaign and used other strategies to increase traffic on my store.

And so, after 48 hours of hard work, I successfully launched my dropshipping business. In the following 30 days, the store generated sales of around ,000. Not only did I manage to make a profit, but I also gained valuable experience in ecommerce and marketing.

Dropshipping is definitely not a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes dedication, patience, and creativity to become successful. However, if you’re willing to put in the work, there’s no telling how successful your business can become. I’m grateful for the experience I gained and planning to keep expanding my shopify store.
